He holds a Bsc of education from university of Malawi, and a diploma in education from Domasi college of education.
He has a 30 years of experience in teaching and leadership. At Anchor Properties ltd he holds as a Managing director in administration, and oversees the welfare of employees. Mr. Mpinganjira is also a shareholder of the Anchor Properties Limited. In his time Anchor Properties has managed to secure contracts with NBS bank, Neef, centenary Bank,FDH bank, DAPP, Malawi bureau of standards and standard bank.
