Mr. Alick Mazunza Mpumulo is a MSC student in Infrastructure Management at the Polytechnic and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Land Economy from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic obtained in 2018 with special focus on property valuations, management, administration and resettlement. He also has a Diploma in Land Administration from Natural Resources College (NRC). Mr. Mazunza has over 7 years' experience and started his career with Ministry of Lands in 2011 as Assistant Estates Officer.
Then later joined TG Msonda & Associates in 2013 as Property and Valuation Officer. In 2016-2017, he joined Snow Mountain Engineering Company Pty (SMEC) as Asset Valuer in the Resettlement Project. Later, in 2018-2019 he worked with Water Waste and Environment Consultant as Asset Valuer in Mozambique to Malawi Electricity Interconnection Project. He joined ADMARC Malawi Limited as Regional Property Manager for central region. In July, 2019 he joined Press Properties Limited, as an Estates Officer for Lilongwe office.
