Property Consultant
Mr Tiyamike Mkawa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economy from the University of Malawi, The Polytechnic, obtained in 2018 with in-depth professional expertise on property management, property valuation, property taxation, property development appraisal, construction management and resettlement action plan.
Mr. Mkawa has track record of over five years’ experience. He has worked with Zomba City Council in 2016 as Assistant Estates Officer and Ministry of Lands in 2017 as Assistant Lands Officer. In 2018-2019 joined MABO Building and Civil Engineering as Project Manager. In July 2019, he joined Polytechnic University as Property Inspector under Blantyre City Council 2019 QVR Project. Then later joined Enviro Consult in 2020 as Asset Data Field Officer under Lilongwe Water & Sanitation Project.
His experience is concentrated on property and building inspections for valuations purposes and provide building drawings and calculations.
