Quantity Surveyor
Miss Ruth Kandawire has worked with Clark Construction Limited as Assistant Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor in 2016. In 2017 to 2019, she has been working with City Building Contractors as a Quantity Surveyor. Her expertise helps the company in property development, construction management, Development appraisal, asset valuations by use of cost method and depreciated replacement method.
BSc in Quantity Surveying, Diploma in Land Administration; Graduate Member of Surveyors Institute of Malawi.
